Why must we

 Address Leadership?

One in 10 People Gallup's research reveals that about one in 10 people possess the talent to manage people. And few have the unique combination of talent needed to help a team achieve excellence in a way that significantly improves a company's performance.

5% Implement Leadership Development

Association for Talent Development Only 5% of companies have implemented leadership development across all levels; although, 83% of businesses say

it’s important to develop leaders at all levels.

Decline in High-Quality Leaders

According to the 2023 DDI Global Leadership Forecast, the largest and longest-running global study on the current and future state of leadership, reported a 17% drop in the past two years of high-quality leaders. The reasons for the decline have been pointed to lack of trust in existing leadership and lack of purpose and meaning in leadership work.

Strategy Implementation

The Economist found that 61% of organizations struggled to bridge the gap between strategy creation and implementation.

Improving Learning Capacity and Performance

Studies show that participants undergoing leadership training improved theirlearning capacity by 25%

and their performance by 20%.

Leadership’s Impact on Stress

35% of 2000 professionals surveyed by Goodpath Medical Team identified their boss as a major source of stress at work, and 80% say that a change in direct management or leadership has an impact on their stress levels.

Building Empathy

Overall, three in five (59%) employees and business leaders say their organization has taken at least some measures to guard against burnout, though nearly a third (29%) of employees wish organizations would act with more empathy.
