Misha Stredrick has worked in education since 2006. Her years of teaching, coaching, and leading teams in public and charter schools and non-profit organizations in the Midwest and on the East Coast deeply inform the trainings she designs and facilitates and the leadership book she has written.

Misha is committed to helping others identify their purpose and enhance their leadership skills through coaching and navigating practical steps of effective leadership. She founded Heartfelt Leading Consulting in 2023 to advance this vision.
